Questions, answered
Everything Las Vegas drivers ask before scheduling a pickup. Still stuck? Schedule a pickup and we will walk you through it.
General
Are you the Nevada DMV?
No. We are an independent, licensed third-party DMV service provider serving the Las Vegas metro. We handle your paperwork so you do not have to deal with the DMV counter yourself.
Do I have to come to an office?
No. That is the whole idea. We come to you — our rep meets you at a time and place that works, collects your documents, and takes it from there.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Las Vegas valley, including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and the surrounding Clark County area.
How do I get started?
Schedule a pickup. Tell us the service and when we can come to you — no forms to fill out. We confirm the details and handle the rest.
How much do your services cost?
We charge a clear service fee on top of the state's DMV charges, confirmed before we start. State fees and taxes are billed at cost and are separate.
Your service
How do I track my service?
Confirm your email in the portal to get a one-time login code, then follow your service status from your phone — from started, to filed with the DMV, to ready.
Do I need to fill out any DMV forms?
No. We do the data entry and prepare every form for you. You just provide the documents at pickup.
What documents should I have ready?
It depends on the service. See our required documents checklist, or just schedule a pickup and we will confirm the exact list for you.
How long does it take?
Most routine registration and title work is quick, but DMV processing times vary. You will see each step update in your portal so you always know where things stand.
Registration & titles
I just moved to Las Vegas — when do I need to register?
New Nevada residents generally have 30 days from establishing residency to register their vehicles. Out-of-state cars usually need a VIN inspection and an emissions test first — we coordinate both.
Does my car need a smog check?
Most gas vehicles in Clark County need a current emissions test for registration and renewal. Some newer and electric vehicles are exempt. We handle coordinating the test as part of your service.
Can you transfer a title for a private sale?
Yes. Bring the signed title, a bill of sale, and an odometer disclosure. If there is a lien, we can process the release as part of the transfer.
We are a licensed, independent third-party DMV service provider serving the Las Vegas area. We are not the Nevada DMV.
